Personal philosophies on gaining product knowledge and installation techniques:

The need to always be self-teaching in product knowledge and changing installation best practices. I always try to surround myself with experience, knowledge, and the ability to adapt to any situation. Also, the partnership with VSI allows the ongoing methodology of vinyl manufacturing and installation procedures to change for the overall experience of the consumer and our products. As the chair of the VSI Sustainability & Recycling committee, I also look for opportunities within in the industry and internally to create a better overall experience for the customer and the planet as we continue forward.
