Products from Ply Gem Performance Collection are manufactured with exact standards to ensure the lasting beauty of your home.  We back our products with a range of comprehensive warranties, Limited Lifetime Warranty for most siding products, a 20-Year Warranty for gutter coil used to make seamless gutters.

If the products are defective, we will repair, refinish or replace them. These products are covered for as long as you live in and own your home, and if you sell your home, the warranty is transferable and the new owners are covered for 50 years from the date of original installation. How to Submit a Ply Gem Performance Warranty Claim

We offer two simple ways to initiate the warranty claim process. Both require that you begin by clicking on the Ply Gem Performance Warranty Claim Form to open it.

Option 1: Email Your Claim

After opening the Warranty Claim Form:

• Complete all fields in their entirety and save the completed form
• Gather all supporting documents/ images
• Email the completed warranty claim documents to: techserv @cornerstone-bb.com (please remove the space in the email address before sending)

Option 2: Print & Mail Your Claim:

After opening the Warranty Claim Form:

• Print it and fill out all required information.
• Gather all supporting documents/ images and print them.
• Mail your completed Warranty Claim Packet here:

Registering a Warranty

Transferring Your Warranty

Where appropriate, you and the subsequent Property owners may transfer your Warranty by providing written notice to us within 30 days after the date of transfer of ownership. This notice should include the warranty registration number (if available), the address of the Property, the name and mailing address (if different) of the new owners and the date of transfer.
