Ply Gem stands behind the quality of its products by offering a comprehensive warranty to our customers.

Our warranties set the standard for providing confidence in what you’re purchasing. If the products are defective, we will repair, refinish or replace them. These products are covered for as long as you live in and own your home, and if you sell your home, the warranty is transferable and the new owners are covered for 50 years from the date of original installation. How to Submit a Variform Warranty Claim

We offer two simple ways to initiate the warranty claim process. Both require that you begin by clicking on the Variform Warranty Claim Form to open it.

Option 1: Email Your Claim

After opening the Warranty Claim Form:

• Complete all fields in their entirety and save the completed form
• Gather all supporting documents/ images
• Email the completed warranty claim documents to: techserv @cornerstone-bb.com (please remove the space in the email address before sending)

Option 2: Print & Mail Your Claim:

After opening the Warranty Claim Form:

• Print it and fill out all required information.
• Gather all supporting documents/ images and print them.
• Mail your completed Warranty Claim Packet here:
